This is a painting I've donated to an art auction/competition being held by our local public television station, WSKG.
The theme of the competition was Beyond the Boundaries. I painted this from 5 cell phone photos I took while visiting New York City a few weeks ago. This is the corner of Church and Vesey Streets in Manhattan. It used to be just an ordinary corner with a view of the most extraordinary building, the World Trade Center. Now, it is a street corner that changed the course of the world.
